- Service Description: We offer a wildlife demonstration service for educational purposes. Our demonstrations include a variety of live animals and are designed to be interactive and engaging.
- Booking and Payment: To book a demonstration, please contact us through our website or by phone. We do require a deposit at the time of booking. We accept credit cards and PayPal.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled demonstration. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled demonstration are non-refundable.
- Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our animals and our customers, wildlife demonstrations inherently involve some degree of risk. By booking a demonstration, you assume all risks associated with interacting with live animals. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during a demonstration.
- Use of Images: We may take photographs or videos during the demonstration for promotional or educational purposes. By booking a demonstration, you grant us permission to use these images for these purposes.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting an updated version on our website.
